Hi, I'm Cathy Ostema and I'm very pleased to meet you. I'm a Health
Coach and I love what I do. I help women grow to their best potential. I
help them make life affirming changes and embrace the future they
truly want, without pain and hardship and denial.
And I love Retreats! The growth and connections I see people make is
fabulous and one of joy. We are in this together, we are all striving to
be a better 'us'. Its my pleasure to help and serve you reach your goals.
I have a background of being a Social Worker. I also am a Certified Raw
Food Chef and Health Coach. I know what it takes to help you discover
the you that you dream of being.

I'm Holly Amarandei, owner of Yummy Life Wellness. I am a certified Life and Holistic Health Coach with a background in counseling and social work. My specialty is working with women who want to lose weight and improve their health but just "can't" - I help them break free from negative thinking and self-destructive behavior in order to live the lives that they were meant to live.
I work both in person (Greater Grand Rapids area) and over the telephone and/or internet. Live events, retreats in particular, are a great way to jumpstart a healthier lifestyle that includes more positive thinking and greater self-love and acceptance. I'm so excited to work with everyone as we strive to really get in touch with who we are and work toward an even better future.
In addition to being a Life and Health Coach, I am also an essential oils expert and enjoy teaching others how to detox all aspects of their lives by making a few key changes in not only what we put into our bodies but also what we expose ourselves to and put ONTO our bodies.
